Hello
My name is Milton Squires; I am the 2009-2010 Elgin Elementary School PTO President. My Wife, Dana, is the Vice President. We moved to Elgin in the summer of 2005 with our two daughters. Our oldest Daughter has moved on to be in Middle School this year and our youngest is in the third grade this year. My wife and I look forward to the great interactions that will take place this year between the school and the community. We look forward to seeing our children benefit from our events and meetings this year. We want to take the time to thank all of the volunteers for all their hard work in the past and their commitment to the future of our children and our school. We would also like to thank the staff at Elgin Elementary who works with our children on a daily basis. I truly believe that this will be incredible year. I look forward to working with everyone involved.

Secretary-Deanna Carter
My name is Deanna Carter & I moved to Elgin Texas 3 years ago from California and my family & I truely love it here. I have four wonderful children, a daughter in 3rd grade, another daughter in 2nd grade and another daughter in preschool. The fourth Carter is a little boy and he is 7 months old. He keeps me busy at home. The three girls are all involed in EYSA & Elgin Little League. This is my second year as the PTO Secretary and I am very excited about this year at EE. I hope for the best for all the children at Elgin Elementary. Don't ever stop reaching for the stars. Dreams do come true. Mine did.
Treasurer-Teresa Walker
Hi, I‘m Teresa Walker, Treasurer and all around helper, just as are all the Elgin Elementary PTO officers and committee members. In addition to fundraising and volunteering, we aim to be an organization that is all inclusive, open to all views, suggestion, support and help from teachers, parents, and school Administration. Our driving force is to enhance our school by making it a better learning place for our children. I have two, a daughter Whitney in 5th grade, and a 4th grader, Clint. They love school and that their Mom is involved! How exciting are these elementary school years! If you would like to become involved, more involved, or just a little bit involved, please let us know. It is very rewarding to be part of Elgin Elementary PTO.
